Local round of the fifth edition of Minesweepers: Towards a Landmine-free World will be hosted by Zewail City of Science and Technology in October 27-28, 2016 in conjunction with Second International Workshop on Recent Advances in Robotics and Sensor Technology for Humanitarian Demining and Counter-IEDs. Final and international round will take place in October 29-30, 2016.


The folloiwng webinars will be broadcast in collaboration with Egypt Scholars to help the participating teams in constructing the demining robots covering different related topics such as locomotion systems, environment perception, robot navigation, wireless communication and multirobot systems:
